For guests staying less than 27 nights:
– Cancellation requests received more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 6% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee.
– Cancellation requests received 29 – 14 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee.
– Cancellation requests received within 13 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.
For guests staying more than 28 nights:
– Cancellation requests received more than 90 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 6% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee.
– Cancellation requests received 89 – 60 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee.
– Cancellation requests received within 59 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.
